Step 1: Find a Product Link
Start from the OopBuy Spreadsheet or another trusted marketplace source. Open the item you want, review the seller, price, photos, size chart, and recent feedback, then copy the original product link if you are not already on OopBuy.
Step 2: Paste the Link into OopBuy
Paste the Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or other supported product link into the OopBuy search bar. OopBuy will load the item page so you can choose the correct color, size, version, quantity, and any seller notes before adding it to your cart.
Step 3: Submit and Pay for the Item Order
Check the product options carefully, then submit the order and pay the item cost plus any domestic shipping shown by the seller. After payment, the order normally moves through statuses such as processing, purchased, seller shipped, and warehouse received.
Step 4: Wait for Warehouse Arrival
OopBuy purchases from the seller on your behalf and receives the product at its warehouse. Domestic delivery time depends on the seller and local courier, so do not submit an international parcel until the item is marked as received and the warehouse photos are available.
Step 5: Review QC Photos
After warehouse arrival, check the QC photos for color, size tag, logo placement, stitching, defects, stains, missing parts, and packaging condition. If something is wrong, request a return or exchange before the item is packed for international shipping.
Step 6: Submit Your Parcel
When all items are ready, select the products you want to ship together, confirm your address, choose packaging options, and compare shipping lines. Pay attention to route restrictions, estimated delivery time, volumetric weight, insurance, and whether the route is suitable for your item type.
Step 7: Declare and Pay International Shipping

Step 8: Track Delivery and Handle After-Sales
After dispatch, follow the tracking updates from OopBuy and the destination carrier. Tracking can pause during export, airline handoff, or customs. If a parcel is delayed, returned, damaged, or missing items, contact OopBuy support with the order number, parcel number, QC photos, and tracking details.
